Identified discrepancies included but were not limited to the Monet saw extinguisher was located on the floor, the Web saw extinguisher was set upon a pile of cut wood, on the Toyota model 8FDU30 s/n 11218 powered industrial truck there was an extinguisher identified as last inspected 2010 and was expelled.

On or about 7/17/17 at the web saw and block saw area, the employer failed to insure that the dust that collects in areas including but not limited to the overhead rafters and fluorescent lighting was cleaned. Samples taken of the sawdust were identified to be combustible. All company employees were exposed potential injuries related to flash fires.    Panel Truss, Hearne, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1156250, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 407 West 6th Street Hearne, Texas 77859.
