OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to excessive heat while installing an air conditioning system in a residential attic space. On or about July 18, 2017 at 3901 Auburn Street, Lake Charles, Louisiana, employees were exposed to excessive heat conditions when performing air conditioning work inside a residential attic.
