29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: On or about July 21 , 2017 at 2277 Braircliff Commons, Atlanta, Georgia, the employees replacing the roof were using a compressor that was missing the guard that covered the flywheel and belts. Employees were exposed to a caught by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about June 9, 2017 at building 800, 725 Hwy 96, Bonaire, Georgia, five employees performing roofing work on a 4 in 12 slope were not protected from falling from heights greater than 21-feet to the lower level.
