29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) 201 Main Street, King of Prussia, PA, Worksite - on or about July 13, 2017, employees were working from a JLG 460SJ aerial lift approximately 14 feet above grade while utilizing personal fall arrest equipment, but both employees were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket while the aerial lift was extended to its working height.
