29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i)(D): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by elevation of 8 feet (2.44 m) or more above the floor or other working surface and so installed as to exclude unqualified persons. 3300 7th Division St.: On 06/22/2017, temporary lights were not at least eight feet above ground. An energized light socket was missing a light pulp was 69.5 inches of the ground and the plastic protective guard was broken.
