29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 20 July, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working from an aerial lift did not utilize fall protection, to prevent him from falling out or being ejected from the basket. The Advanced Drywall Installations, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979231, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4820 North SR 7, Coconut Creek, FL, 33093.
