29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.   a) Porter Ford/Newark, DE - On or about July 26, 2017, the employer failed to develop a hazardous chemical listing of all of the hazardous chemicals used and stored in the workplace; including but not limited to PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil which contains silicon dioxide and brake cleaners which contains Heptane.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:   a) Porter Ford/Newark, DE - On or about July 26, 2017, the employer failed to provide training to their employees regarding the hazards associated with the chemicals handled in the workplace, including but not limited to, PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil which contains silicon dioxide and brake cleaners which contains Heptane.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employees had not been provided with GHS 2012 training including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system to be used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a) Porter Ford/Newark, DE - On or about July 26, 2017,  the employer failed to provide updated hazard communication training to all employees who are potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals.  Employees were not informed of the new label elements, including pictograms and signal words, nor were they informed of the new Safety Data Sheet (SDS) format, including the revised section order and the type of information contained within each section of the SDS.
