29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:    a. 315 Sweet Hollow Rd., Milford, NJ - Office building    The employer did not maintain a place of employment in a clean and sanitary condition.  Employees working in an office environment were exposed to a leaking roof which caused severe water damage to the walls and ceilings of the office space causing the development of mold and mildew.    Violation observed on or about July 24, 2017

The employer placed a portable fire extinguisher under the sink on the first floor and kept it in the manufacturers packaging rendering it unusable to the employees.
