29 CFR 1910.1450(e)(1): Where hazardous chemicals were used in the workplace, the employer did not develop and carry out the provisions of a written Chemical Hygiene Plan which was capable of protecting employees from health hazards associated with hazardous chemicals: (a) On or about 7/25/2017, Uncommon Crown Heights LLC with a worksite located at 1485 Pacific Street Brooklyn, NY 11216, teachers performing classroom activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Nitric acid without being provided a written Chemical Hygiene Plan by the employer. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY.
