OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to burn hazards while operating an insulation vacuum. a) On or about July 24, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees of ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration by Johnny on the Spot, were exposed to burn hazards while operating a Harold's Power-Vac., Hornet, due to the muffler being readily accessible and unguarded. NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
