29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Raucci's Remodeling /3829 Briggs Ave, Erie, PA: On or about July 24, 2017 employees were shingling a roof that was approximately 27 feet above the ground. Employees were not protected from falling, in that they were not tied off to the fall protection system.

A written training record with the date of training, names and signatures of the employee and trainer was not developed.
