29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:   On or about 7/24/17 located at 479 Crestmont Ln, GA:  Employees were observed installing lumber on the roof of a new house that was under construction; while not keeping the ground area around the house where the employees are walking on top of the lumber that had several places with protruding nails and no housekeeping.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about 7/24/17 located at 479 Crestmont Ln, Canton GA: Employees were framing the roof installing rafters on to the house that was under construction while on top of the2nd floor approximately 40  foot from the lower level. The employees on the 2nd floor were passing up the lumber overhead of the employees below without hard hats.  The boss nearly hit his employee in the head with a 2 x 8  near miss of being struck in the head without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about 7/24/17 located at 479 Crestmont Ln, Canton GA: Employees were framing and installing the 2nd floor, roof rafters on an house that was under construction while working at the edges of the staircase floor hole opening, the employer did not ensure that guardrails or floor hole coverings was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 10- feet deep.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    On or about 7/24/17 located at 479 Crestmont Ln, Canton GA: Employees were installing  rafters   on the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employee while exposed to fall hazards of approximately from 23 -40- feet.
