29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer shall establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures. The program shall be updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. a. On or about July 25, 2017, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators while cleaning shooting lanes at an indoor gun range located at 4811 Michaels Drive Grand Chute, WI 54913. All provisions of 29CFR 1910.134(c) through (o) must be covered in a respiratory protection program. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Selection of respirators for employees. 2. Medical evaluations of employees. 3. Fit testing. 4. Training and information. 5. Recordkeeping.

On or about July 25, 2017, the employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of accumulation of lead at an indoor gun range located at 4811 Michaels Drive Grand Chute, WI 54913. Wipe samples taken indicated lead on surfaces utilized by employees.
