Employees are exposed to fall hazards where they are not required to use fall protection equipment and are not provided alternative fall protection measure.    On and about 07/25/2017 three employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection systems on a roof approximately 17 1/2 feet from ground level.  The employees were not provided an alternative fall protection measure.
