29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 643 Bacon Avenue, Webster Groves: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. Employees are exposed to fall hazards where they are not required to use fall protection equipment and are not provided alternative fall protection measure. On and about 07/25/2017 three employees were exposed to fall hazards while working without fall protection systems on a roof approximately 17 1/2 feet from ground level. The employees were not provided an alternative fall protection measure.
