The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.)   a. At the site, an employee was exposed to a 15 feet fall hazard when using a Genie S40 aerial lift during framing operations at the exterior of a building without the use of a fall arrest system such as a full body harness or a body belt used as a restraint system, on or about 07/25/2017.
