29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. (a) On or about 07/20/2017 at 2505 N. Forsyth Rd., Orlando FL an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the hospitalization on 07/20/2017 @ approximately 1:30pm. The employer notified the OSHA Tampa Area Office on 7/24/2017.
