This condition was observed on or about July 24, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 2303 Greenwich St., Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure that the employees were using a fall protection system when performing demolition operations on the roof of a two-story building, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about July 24, 2017. Demolition Power General Contractor, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059044, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1627 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA.
