29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On 7/24/2017, at the Orchards of Park Ridge job site, located at 3500 Ridge Road, Buford, employees worked on residential homes and were exposed to fall hazards over 12 feet on an 8 in 12 roof and were not protected with fall protection systems.  Claudio Velis was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043798, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/201516, with respect to a workplace located at 1575 Bluestone Drive, Cumming, GA.  Claudio Velis was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1154945, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/23/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4745 Flycatcher Dr., Alpharetta, GA.  Claudio Velis was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177392, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/7/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4630 Gosling Drive, Alpharetta, Ga.
