29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces:    (a) On or about 24 July 2017, the maintenance bay where employees perform maintenance on dumpster trucks was cluttered with equipment, hoses and extension cords, piled up in walkways and egress routes, emergency exits were blocked and narrowed to 19", oil from the trucks was all over the floor along with dry sweep, and route to the eyewash station was blocked.
