OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, explosion and inhalation hazards, due to the storage or location of flammable aerosols: Kitchen - On or about July 10, 2017, an aerosol can of cooking spray was stored in close proximity to an open-flame cooktop and large pot of boiling water. An employee sustained severe burns when the can ruptured and contents ignited.
