29 CFR 1926.62(f)(3)(i)(C): The employer did not provide HEPA filters for powered and non-powered air-purifying respirators: Worksite: When employees were scraping Lead-based paint the employer did not provide HEPA filters for employees to use in their half-mask elastomeric respirators. The employer supplied cartridges effective for organic vapor exposure. These cartridges will not protect the user against exposure to Lead-contaminated dust.
