29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: Worksite at 4762 State Hwy 199. Ardmore, OK 73401. On or about July 25, 2017, an employee of a subcontractor was working from a Altec AT37G vehicle mounted aerial lift without the use of fall protection harness and lanyard and exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
