29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about July 26, 2017 during tree trimming operations, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while working from a towable Haulotte Group Bil Jax 5533A aerial lift. The employer was utilizing the aerial lift with no fall protection system.
