29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) Dollar General, concrete pad: On or about July 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to overhead struck-by hazards which included support members and purlins, in that head protection was not provided to employees working directly below the hoisted materials.
