29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 7/25/17 at a residential construction project located at 39 Hidden Meadow Crossing, Lancaster, New York; employees were framing and sheathing a new house. Employees were using a field built platform supported by the forks of an all-terrain fork lift approximately 8 to 12 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
