29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section.  a) Jobsite: Roof - Employees framing a second floor addition to an existing residential home, within 1 foot from unprotected sided and edges measuring approximately 10 feet above ground level, were exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system.  Observed on or about 7/24/17.
