29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 7/26/17, on the front side of building at 2114 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY: Two employees were doing work on the building exterior from inside of the elevated basket of a Genie Model 45/25 J aerial lift. Both of the employees were wearing a full body harness with an attached lanyard, but one of the employees was not tethered to the boom or basket of the lift and exposed to potential fall of approx. 18 ft. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
