29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    a. On or about 07/25/2017, Canopy /Drop off area, #10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR- scaffold area:  Employees were observed working pulling a steel beam over a tube and frame scaffold in which its working platform area that was not fully planked.     NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a.   On or about 07/25/2017, Canopy /Drop off area, #10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR- scaffold area: An employee was working over a supported scaffolds end frame type scaffold of 13 feet high from the lower level without a conventional fall protection system, such as guardrail, safety net, or personal fall arrest system in place.   Note:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item since it was submitted prior to citation issuance. Please disregard the abatement date.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally:      a.   On or about 07/25/2017, Canopy /Drop off area, #10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR- scaffold area: Employees were working over a two tier scaffold in which four sets of cross braces were missing.    NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
