29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided employees with side protection when there was a hazard from flying objects.   a.) 36 Lakeside Ave, Stockholm, NJ 07460  On or about 07/29/17 employees were engaged in construction activities on a residential home while utilizing air pressure nail guns and circular saws without wearing any eye protection; there-by employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 39 Oak St. Belleville, NJ:  On or about 07/29/2017 employees were observed working on the roof top of a residential home without utilizing any means of fall protection; there-by employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 12 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a.) 36 Lakeside Ave, Stockholm, NJ 07460  On or about 07/29/2017 employees utilized an extension ladder that only extended approximately 1 foot above the landing surface when ascending and descending the roof of a residential building; there-by employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 12 feet to the ground below when ascending and descending the upper working/landing surface.
