29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: On or about July 19, 2017 at Poland Jr. High School, the employer allowed employees to run flexible cords through doorways. An employee used the extension cord as a power source for a DeWalt saw.
