29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks;                                                                                                                 a) In the Mill department, employees operated Dayton drill press serial numbers LR2459, model # 1226-4 with no guard over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      b) In the Mill department, employees operated Dayton drill press serial number not legible with no guard over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      c) In the Mill department, employees were operating a Bridgeport drill press S/N 54233 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      d) In the Mill department, employees were operating a Jet drill press S/N 504514 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      e)  In the Mill department, employees were operating a Bridgeport drill press S/N 153453 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      f)  In the Mill department, employees were operating a Bridgeport drill press S/N 130350 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.      g) In the Mill department, employees were operating a Bridgeport drill press S/N 2041139 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.    i)    In the Valve Core area, employees were operating Atlas 5 speed drill press S/N not legible with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.     j)    In the Valve Core Helium area, employees were operating a Dayton 20 drill press lot # 11140100 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.    k)   In the Valve Core Helium area, employees were operating a Manhattan drill press model # 951225 with no guards over rotating parts exposing employees to amputation hazards.
