OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about July 7, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught-in, crushing and amputation hazards where employees were making adjustments to the Gomaco Commander III curb and gutter machine, while the machine was energized and actively pouring concrete while installing curb and gutter. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
