29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Conductors entering boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed. Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed. Location (a): first floor electrical room On or about 7/20/17, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard while a temporary 208 volt power feed was fed through the front panel of an electrical box. Location (b): first floor electrical room On or about 7/20/17, and opening which a flexible conductor entered a temporary electrical panel was not effectively closed. Location (c) first floor electrical room On or about 7/20/17, unused openings on the bottom of a temporary electrical panel were not closed.
