Main Hospital Building, East Fifth Floor, Social Worker Office: A relocatable power strip was being used to power a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a fax machine. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. Machine Shop: A 2 inch x 4 inch pull box was not provided with a cover. The pull box house a live electrical conductors exposing employees to electrical hazards.
