29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. On or about August 31, 2017, in the fabrication area, an electrical box with a Yaskawa J1000 VF Drive used to power a "Magnum 5" wet stone router was hung from a 2x4 piece of lumber on a hand car instead of installed securely on a wall or other building's structure. If the cart and box fall onto the wet floor and the VF Drive or the conductors are damaged or disconnected, a fault could occur and the box and floor could become energized, exposing the employees to electrical energy and suffer an electrical shock.
