29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about 7/26/2017, employees from Boone Valley Roofing Inc. were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located on lot #67 Honeysuckle Creek Drive in Wentzville, MO. The employees were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns to install shingles.
