29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2): The employer did not train each employee with occupational exposure in accordance with the requirements of this section:  a) Sorting Area: Employees are required to handle and sort soiled linen that potentially contain blood and other infectious material and were not trained prior to initial assignment. The employer did not offer initial training that covers safety precautions to take when handling contaminated linen, thus exposing employees to bloodborne pathogens, on or about, 8/1/17 and 8/15/17.

29 CFR 1910.264(d)(1)(iii): Markers and others handling soiled clothes shall be warned against touching the eyes, mouth, or any part of the body on which the skin has been broken by a scratch or abrasion, and they shall be cautioned not to touch  or eat food until their hands have been thoroughly washed:  Sorting Department: The employer did not warn employees who handle and sort soiled linen against touching their eyes, mouth, and any other part of their body on which the skin has been broken, on or about, 8/1/17 and 8/15/17.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Maintenance: Employees are required to use hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, Starlite, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ultra Brite Liquor Sour and Bleach. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with effective information on hazardous chemicals, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards, on or about, 8/1/17 and 8/15/17.
