This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards. a) OPR Trailer #1059 - Mud Engineer living quarters. b) OPR Trailer #1390 - Site Manager/Company Mans living quarters. c) OPR Trailer #1610 Directional Driller living quarters.

29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: Cactus Rig #133 Drill Site: On or about April 4, 2017, The employer did not provide a dead front to the electrical cutout box (pullout disconnects type) on trailer #1610, which exposed employees to contact with live electrical parts. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.

This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards. a) ORP trailer #1390. b) ORP trailer #1610.
