29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 1, 2017, employees were exposed to struck by hazards. The employees were installing roofing materials on a new home located in Strongsville, Ohio 44136. Employees were working on all areas of the roof with tools and materials. There was an employee working on the ground without wearing a protective helmet.

Employees were using air powered nail guns without wearing safety glasses.
