The employee was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about May 20th, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall be plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement.   A) Exterior on Scaffold - An employee was exposed to fall hazards/scaffold collapse hazards of approximately 18 feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced on the bottom, on or about May 18th, 2017.
