29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about July 19, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to falling twenty-seven or more feet from a multi-story residential site while performing roofing activities including tear-off and installation of vapor barrier without using a fall protection system. Abatement Note: Abatement photos were provided by the employer.
