29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition:  a) Highway Service Corporation/Elizabeth, NJ- Shop Area: The employer did not ensure that floors throughout the shop area and where chemicals are stored are kept in clean and orderly condition, in that, items such as cables, tools, bottles, tires and other metal items were observed on the floor, exposing employees to trip hazards.  Condition observed on or about  August 2, 2017.

Two 55 gallon drums filled with motor oil and stored in the shop area were missing labels.  Condition observed on or about August 2, 2017.
