29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about 8/1/17 located at 561 Country Ridge Dr., Hoschton GA: Employees were framing the 2nd floor walls on to the house that was under construction approximately 12  foot from the lower level. The employees on the ground were passing up the trusses and lumber overhead of the employees below without hard hats and nail guns on the 2nd floor.  The boss was standing on the 2nd floor using the nail gun with his employees below without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about 8/1/17 located at 561 Country Ridge Dr., Hoschton GA: Employees were framing and installing the 2nd floor walls on the house that was under construction while working at the edges of the staircase floor hole opening, the employer did not ensure that guardrails or floor hole coverings was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 10.4- feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   On or about 8/1/17 located at 561 Country Ridge Dr., Hoschton GA: Employees were observed installing the 2nd floor walls on a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 12- feet.
