29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer: On or about August 02, 2017 the employer did not establish and implemented a written respiratory protection program for those employees who are required to use a respirator while painting. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of why the respirator was necessary and how improper fit, usage, or maintenance could compromise the protective effect of the respirator: On or about August 02, 2017 employees who are required to use a respirator could not demonstrate knowledge of respirator fit test, and hazards of using a respirator. This condition exposed employees to chemical and physical health hazards.
