29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employees were not required to stand away from any vehicle being loaded or unloaded to avoid being struck by any spillage or falling materials:  (a) Jobsite- 4009 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA: On or about August 1, 2017, employees lifting a 7 foot steel pipe were not standing away from the excavator as the pipe was being suspended in the air; the pipe slipped between the bucket and the claw and struck an employee, amputating his finger.
