29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On or about August 2, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in new residential roofing activities were using fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall from a height greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.   Samuel Martinez d/b/a Marro Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979342, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3121 S.W. 37th Street, Mustang, Oklahoma 73064.  Samuel Martinez d/b/a Marro Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1146792, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11321 S.W. 41st Terrace, Mustang, Oklahoma 73064.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about August 2, 2017, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in new residential roofing activities, and working at a height greater than six (6) feet above ground level, had received fall protection training.  This exposed employees to fall hazards.
