29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: A.) Rae-Lyn Enterprises, Inc., Erie, PA, on or about August 3, 2017 and times prior thereto: Employees were working in the basket of a Haulotte Bil-Jax 4527A aerial lift while performing work operations that included, but were not limited to, replacing and installing street signage. The employees were not utilizing personal fall arrest or travel restraint system when working in the basket of the aerial lift. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of at least 10-feet.
