29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  A.  Service Area:  On, or about August 3, 2017, in the following locations, flexible cord was used in lieu of permanent wiring:   1.  Bay L1, Emissions Bay:  A green extension was used to energize the emissions test box. 2.  Bay L3:  An orange extension cord was used to energize two chargers and a battery charger for a drill. 3.  Bay L4:  An orange extension cord was to energize a Milwaukee battery charger, a flashlight charger, laptop and cordless drive charger. 4.  Bay R2:  A black extension cord was used to energize a work station with a computer and a printer.   5.  Bay R2:  A yellow extension cord was used to energize a laptop computer located in a tool box.   B.  Reconditioning Department:  The washing machine that was used to wash rags was energized through an orange extension cord.
