29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible: (a) Grease Monkey International, 5450 Front St, Castle Rock CO 80104: On or about August 3, 2017, and at times prior, employer did not ensure that workplace labels were legible on a container of windshield washer fluid, which contains methyl alcohol (methanol). Methyl alcohol is flammable and may cause eye and skin irritation, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, or dermatitis.
