29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 119-127 Muirfield Drive, West View, PA: On or about August 1, 2017, during plumbing activities, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used near wall openings of at least 21 1/2 inches wide existed in wall studs and fall hazards of at least 8 feet existed. b) Job site, 119-127 Muirfield Drive, West View, PA: On or about August 1, 2017, during plumbing activities, the employer did not ensure that stairs were provided with appropriate railings.
